What discounts are available for DataVLT SENSE?
Early bird tickets for both Standard tickets and Premium tickets are available from 26th June to 15th July. More information found here (link to ticket section).
Can I qualify for more than one discount?
No, only one promo code or discount can be applied per registration. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, package, or promo code.
How can I pay for DataVLT SENSE?
All registration fees for DataVLT SENSE 2019 are in Singapore dollars. Conference registration will be made via DataVLT’s SENSE Eventbrite page. Fees will be accepted with a valid credit card: American Express, MasterCard, or Visa only.
What is included in my conference ticket?

Are meals included with my full conference pass?
For standard ticket holders, lunch and tea break are provided for Standard ticket holders.
For premium ticket holders, apart from a lunch and tea break, a VVIP breakfast and dinner with data scientist is also included.

What is the cancellation policy?
There will be no refunds for tickets bought for DataVLT Sense Conference 2019. Kindly contact sense-conf@tabularasa.com.sg if you are having any issues with tickets.
What are the onsite registration hours?
Registration will take place from 0900 - 1000.
How do I get to the venue?

What kind of exhibitions is available at National Gallery right now?
You may visit National Gallery website here for more information on their current exhibitions. Exhibitions at the National Gallery may change closer to the date of the conference.
All of our attendees will be given access to all exhibitions at the National Gallery on the day of the conference.
Are there smoking areas available at National Gallery?
There are no designated smoking areas within National Gallery.
Is National Gallery wheelchair friendly?
Wheelchairs
Manual wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first come, first served basis from National Gallery’s Information Counters located at Coleman Street entrance, Padang Atrium entrance, and the Basement 1 Concourse. Photo-ID will be required as collateral. National Gallery staff cannot help wheelchair users get around the buildings.

- There are accessible toilets at every level except the Padang and Coleman Decks on Levels 5 & 6 of City Hall Wing.
